How to Contact AT&T Customer Service

There’s more than one way to contact AT&T. And if they don’t listen you have options…

Calling AT&T customer service

There are multiple numbers you can use depending on how you are trying to reach out. If, for example you are using an AT&T Wireless phone that has service through AT&T, you can simply dial 611 from your phone. 

If you are not using a cell phone that has AT&T service you can call the mobility support at: 800.331.0500. This number is for customer service if you are having an issue with your AT&T phone and are unable to call from the phone.

There are several phone numbers for AT&T customer service. If you are a current customer and you have questions whether it’s something to do with a new service, your account, or the status of an order, the number to call is (800) 288-2020.

Contact Customer Support in the AT&T Forum

AT&T has a very large forum which is where you can find answers to commonly asked questions and talk with other experts and customers who might have had some of the same issues you have. You can visit the forum at any time and ask questions: https://forums.att.com/

In Person Appointment

If you want to look at products or you want to simply meet with someone in person you can visit a local AT&T store or make an appointment with a local AT&T store to try and review your account with someone in person or look over the details of different promotional packages, what have you.
